01. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Queen Within, operating in the State of California. In this agreement we, us, and Queen Within mean the company, and you means the visitor, customer, or member. By visiting our website at myqueenwithin.com, taking the Archetype Quiz, joining our text messaging program, purchasing an offer, or joining our membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
02. What We Offer Queen Within provides premium education, coaching, and community, which may include: Digital products and courses, such as The Soft Power Collection, audio collections, workbooks, and downloads. Membership, such as The Soft Power Society, offered on a recurring subscription. Coaching and live events, offered individually or in groups, in person or online. Free resources, such as the Archetype Quiz, guides, and email content. We may add, change, or retire any offer at any time. Descriptions and prices are subject to change until you complete a purchase.
03. Purchases and Payment
When you purchase an offer, you agree to provide accurate billing information and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amount shown at checkout, together with any applicable taxes. Prices are listed in US Dollars. If a payment fails, we may suspend or withdraw access until payment is received.
04. Membership and Recurring Billing
The Soft Power Society and any other subscription offer renews automatically for the price and interval shown at checkout, until you cancel. By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Access after cancellation. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
No partial refunds. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
Price changes. We may adjust membership pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
05. Refund Policy
All sales of digital products, courses, audio collections, workbooks, downloads, memberships, coaching, and event tickets are final. Because these are digital or reserved offers delivered immediately, we do not provide refunds once a purchase is complete or access has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error or you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents access, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith to make it right. Any exception is made at our sole discretion and does not change this policy.
06. SMS Text Messaging Program
Program description and messaging use cases. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from [Your Business Name] related to [describe your use case, e.g. coaching updates, event reminders, promotions]. Message frequency may vary.
How to opt-in. You can opt-in to our SMS program by checking a consent box on one of our online forms, by submitting your mobile number at checkout, or by texting a keyword we provide to our number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt-out. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
Message frequency and message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or a person authorized to use the mobile number you provide in order to join our SMS program.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. We do not sell or rent your mobile number. 07. Access and Acceptable Use
When you purchase or join, we grant you a personal, limited, non transferable right to access the content and community for your own use. In return, you agree not to:
*Share your login, resell, or give others access to paid content.
*Copy, record, reproduce, or distribute our materials without our written permission.
*Use our content to build or promote a competing product or service.
*Behave in a way that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to other members, our team, or the brand.
We may suspend or remove access, without refund, if you break these rules.
08. Intellectual Property
All content within Queen Within, including the name, the Queen Within trademark, logos, archetype frameworks, course materials, audio, workbooks, copy, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Your purchase gives you the right to use these materials for your own growth, not any ownership of them. You may not use our name, marks, or content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
09. Community and Member Content
If you post or share anything inside our membership, coaching spaces, or events, you keep ownership of what you create, and you grant us permission to display it within the community as part of running the experience. You agree that what you share is yours to share and does not break any law or harm another person. We may remove content that is inappropriate or that breaks these Terms.
10. Educational Nature and No Guarantees
Queen Within offers education, coaching, and inspiration for personal growth. Our content is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We share our best work with sincerity, and your results depend on many factors within your own life and effort. For this reason we do not promise any specific outcome, income, or result from using our offers.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Queen Within and its founder, team, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, content, text messaging program, or community. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the offer that gave rise to the claim. Our website and content are provided on an as available basis without warranties of any kind.
12. Indemnity You agree to hold Queen Within harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your misuse of our website or content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Third Party Tools and Links
We use trusted third party providers to run our business, including our GoHighLevel based platform known as Ivorey, our payment processor Stripe, and the carriers and messaging providers that deliver our texts. Our website may also link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
14.Termination
We may suspend or end your access to any offer or the community if you break these Terms, misuse our content, or behave in a way that harms our members or brand. You may stop using our services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and refunds, remain in effect after termination.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be handled in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you agree to that venue. We both agree to first attempt to resolve any concern in good faith through direct communication.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our website and services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
